Aerial Trapeze
Join Christine in paradise while she cleans and advances your beats, gets your body and brain working with tangled and dynamic phrases, and introduces choreography on the ground with the apparatus. We will do drills to work towards bigger skills, as well as visit a variety of drops and rolls. All of these concepts will be taught on trapeze for two hours each a day, in the beautiful beach side Lucid Aerial Arts Studio in Tulum, Mexico.
While not in the studio, we will enjoy our delicious lunches together at a cenote, Mayan Ruins, on the soft sandy beach, and poolside along with a 30 minute massage. We will enjoy dinners together, explore the art park with the opportunity to perform for the park guests, and will be able to bring home the memories of the weeklong experience with an after-hours photoshoot. If you wish to venture outside of the group, we can provide you with a list of fantastical options to discover more of what Tulum (and outside of town) has to offer!

This is an intermediate/advanced TRAPEZE ONLY retreat. To understand if you are the right fit, please be sure you have the following: Ability to invert in the ropes consistently, confident front balance, able to be in the air for two consecutive minutes.
