This intimate retreat is limited to intermediate/advanced lovers of lyra and sling. Cross train with these fraternal twin apparatuses and further explore your beautiful flow in this very intimate, tropical classroom setting.
Jenn and Colleen will be teaching twisty, bendy, magnificent moves that will have you thinking, “how in the world?!”. Break down each movement with us as we dissect the ins/outs and spinny in-betweens of these visual puzzles with you.
The retreat will be held in the enchanting paradise of Tulum, Mexico. In addition to daily beachside classes, crystal clear waters and soft sandy beaches, Jenn and Colleen will take you on experiences that will connect you deeper to the Mayan culture and yourself.
