Adult Aerial Silks (All-Levels)
This all-levels adult aerial class is the perfect challenge for both your body and your brain. Classes begin with flexibility and circus conditioning that will establish a deeper awareness of your body on both the ground and in the air. Building on these skills, we will explore beautiful poses and fluid sequences in the silks that will increase not only your strength, but your confidence and joy in movement!

Handstands (All-Levels)
Join us on the adventure of mastering the art of handstands with this hour intensive, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Tulum’s white sanded beach! This handstand class is perfect for enthusiasts of all levels, offering a comprehensive and innovative approach to elevate your inversion practice.

Aerial Yoga (All-Levels)
Take a unique twist to your yoga or aerial practice and explore our all-levels aerial yoga class. This experience combines traditional yoga poses with the support of silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling, allowing students of all levels to explore a new dimension of flexibility, strength, and balance.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are a great way enhance your practice, or simply experience something personal and unique with your travel group! Learn on the apparatus of your choice during these lessons. Lessons are available to all those interested, no previous experience is necessary.
1 person - $75/person
2 people - $60/person
3 people - $55/person
4+ people - $50/person

Open Studio
Open studio is time available for students to train on their own. Lucid Aerial Arts has a number of different apparatuses such as; silks, a rope, slings, and a lyra for students to use during this time. If you desire an apparatus other than silks, please notify the studio beforehand to make sure proper rigging and the equipment is available in the studio.
There will always be an instructor present for supervision. Teaching other students is not allowed during this time.
We are currently running Open Studio at the following times:
Wednesdays 1:30pm - 4:00pm (by reservation only). Alternative timing is available by request!
Hour sessions are $35
Hour+ sessions are $40
Youth Lessons (All-Levels)
Youth aerial lessons are for students ages 4 - 12 who have an interest in learning aerial arts. No previous experience is required for these classes. While the focus of these lessons will be learning poses and sequences, students will become deeper connected to their body’s abilities through flexibility warm-ups and circus conditioning on both the ground and in the air. Collectively we will grow in our self awareness, as well as the power of positivity and confidence.
